Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients and explain our services clearly
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful applications
- Respond to customer questions via phone and WhatsApp
- Provide accurate information about visa, scholarship, and job programs
- Maintain and update client records
- Support clients throughout their application process
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Good English (French is a plus)
- Basic computer skills
- Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus
Preferably located near the office (Zalqa)
