Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers in Germany.
- Introduce the company and explain our services effectively.
- Identify customer needs, interests, and potential opportunities.
- Provide accurate information and relevant documentation.
- Record all interactions and inquiries in the CRM system.
- Manage customer relationships and accounts.
- Collect, organize, and categorize customer data.
- Regularly update and maintain records in the CRM software.
