Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow up on online leads, inquiries, and website / social media requests
 - Make outbound calls to introduce products and services to potential customers
 - Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-up
 - Manage and update customer data, CRM records, and lead lists
 - Schedule appointments and coordinate with the outdoor sales team
 - Support marketing activities and send campaigns using tools like Brevo
 - Assist in replying to customer messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram
 - Achieve monthly sales and lead targets and provide feedback to management
 
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or indoor sales
 - Strong communication and phone conversation skills
 - Energetic, professional, and self-motivated approach
 - Ability to work under targets and follow structured follow-up processes
 - Good computer literacy (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
 - Familiarity with social media interaction is a plus
 
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or indoor sales. Strong communication and phone conversation skills. Energetic, professional, and self-motivated approach.
