Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Follow up on online leads, inquiries, and website / social media requests

Make outbound calls to introduce products and services to potential customers

Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-up

Manage and update customer data, CRM records, and lead lists

Schedule appointments and coordinate with the outdoor sales team

Support marketing activities and send campaigns using tools like Brevo

Assist in replying to customer messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram

Achieve monthly sales and lead targets and provide feedback to management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or indoor sales
  • Strong communication and phone conversation skills
  • Energetic, professional, and self-motivated approach
  • Ability to work under targets and follow structured follow-up processes
  • Good computer literacy (Excel, Email, CRM tools)
  • Familiarity with social media interaction is a plus
