Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and promoting products and services, and qualifying leads. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, meeting set targets, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.

  • Effective communication skills, including verbal and written abilities
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing
  • Ability to handle objections and professionally deal with customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant digital tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a knack for building rapport with customers
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
  • Prior experience in the technology sector is beneficial
