Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various functions within the organization.
    • Collaborate with senior management and department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
    • Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
    • Set clear goals and expectations for the talent acquisition team, monitoring their progress and providing regular feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent sources to build a strong candidate pipeline.
    • Utilize social media, networking events, and other creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding:
    • Enhance the company s employer brand by developing and promoting a compelling employee value proposition.
    • Work with the marketing team to create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns that attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
    • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and attract top talent.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and creating an efficient and respectful recruitment process.
    • Implement best practices for candidate assessment, selection, and onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
    • Gather feedback from candidates and new hires to continually improve the recruitment and onboarding experience.
  • Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce, ensuring the company s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
    • Partner with HR and leadership to create and promote inclusive hiring practices and policies.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including equal employment opportunity laws.
    • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
    • Stay updated on trends and best practices in talent acquisition, employment law, and HR technology.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A master s degree or professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in building and leading high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing, and selection techniques.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
