- Missions
- Receive incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Make outbound calls for prospecting, loyalty or satisfaction surveys.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products, services, or promotional offers.
- Identify the client's needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Profile
- Excellent elocution and verbal fluency on the phone.
- Good command of computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to actively listen and reframe customer needs.
