Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming/outgoing customer calls.
- Provide a clear, rapid and effective response to requests (information, complaints, assistance)
- Promote the company's services or products as necessary.
- Process customer files in CRM tools.
- Guarantee quality of service and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in spoken and written French (other languages desirable depending on the position).
- Good speech, listening skills and patience.
- Comfortable with IT tools and customer management software.
- Ability to manage stress and conflict situations.
