Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming/outgoing customer calls.
  • Provide a clear, rapid and effective response to requests (information, complaints, assistance)
  • Promote the company's services or products as necessary.
  • Process customer files in CRM tools.
  • Guarantee quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French (other languages desirable depending on the position).
  • Good speech, listening skills and patience.
  • Comfortable with IT tools and customer management software.
  • Ability to manage stress and conflict situations.
