Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Telephone or text prospecting: Presentation of the company's products or services.
Selling by phone or message: Convince prospects to buy the products or services offered, by highlighting the benefits and responding to objections.
Order Taking: Record customer orders accurately and ensure they are processed correctly.
Achieving Sales Targets: Working to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Sales Reporting: Reporting the results of sales actions and business prospects to the line manager.
Parcel tracking: The employee is responsible for tracking the status of parcels, managing and resolving any delays or incidents related to the shipment of parcels.
Versatility: The employee undertakes to carry out various tasks related or complementary to his main functions according to the needs of the company.
Complaints: The employee will be responsible for processing and managing complaints related to services or products provided by the company.
Strive to improve productivity and contribute to the continuous improvement of the work organization implemented by the employer.
Carry out instructions from the hierarchy designated by the employer.
Respect the hygiene and safety measures put in place.
Participate in training, development or retraining activities organized by the employer.
The employee will submit a report of his activities to the Employee Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Baccalaureate or equivalent, training in customer relations is a plus.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Negotiation skills and ability to convince.
