Roles & Responsibilities
Job description
You will join the Service Delivery team in charge of managing and supervising our client's telephony and Cloud environments.
Your missions will be as follows:
Ensure the follow-up and quality of service on the telephony part (CTI).
Administer and monitor GSX Cloud environments.
Manage level 2 functional incidents and provide operational support.
Guarantee the availability and continuity of communication services.
Participate in evolution and transformation projects related to collaborative solutions.
Implement monitoring, reporting and documentation tools for efficient operation.
Your relational environment
In-house IT and Service Delivery teams
Business teams using telephone and collaborative services
Partners and international teams
Qualifications
Bac+5 degree (engineering school, university or equivalent)
Proven experience (5 years min.) in Service Delivery / Telephony / Cloud
Solid knowledge of CTI and GSX Cloud environments
Incident management and service continuity skills
Good analytical skills, autonomy and sense of customer service
Fluent French (technical English appreciated)
