Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing information and product recommendations.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless sales process.
