Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote BN SOTER s products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies and share best practices.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product understanding.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 0 years and up to 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
