Roles & Responsibilities
Contact customers to confirm orders and provide updates through the call center.
Accurately enter customer information and orders into the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
