Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices to achieve collective goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a similar role.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
