Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Ghandour Auto s car importing services.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about available vehicles and import processes.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable car models and packages based on their preferences and budget.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into satisfied customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, import regulations, and Ghandour Auto offerings.
- Handle objections and resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
- Perreferable New Cairo or surrounding area resident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
