Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce company products and services.

  • Generate and qualify leads for IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of company offerings, such as servers, storage, firewalls, virtualization, and cloud services.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Sales Account Managers.
  • Build and maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Follow up with clients through phone calls and emails to maintain engagement and close deals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, email blasts, and event invitations.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, qualified leads, pipeline).
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Comfortable working in an office-based setting with flexible or full-time hours.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product information.
