Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Contact clients over the phone to promote services and achieve sales targets.

  • Follow up on leads and build strong client relationships.
  • Clearly explain services and answer client inquiries.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Update client data in the CRM and follow company policies.
  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.

1 to 2 years of experience in Telesales.

  • Medical field
  • Training and courses
  • Experience handling strong>B2C and B2B clients
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Good command of English (Intermediate to Good)
  • Preferably located near the company (optional)

Desired Candidate Profile
