Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant sales regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
