Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Soficopharm s pharmaceutical products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about product features, benefits, and availability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company s product portfolio, including new launches and promotions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical institutions.
- Record detailed notes of customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements relevant to pharmaceutical sales.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in telesales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an outbound sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English is highly desirable.
Desired Candidate Profile
