Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote industrial process fluid solutions.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their operational requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales management team.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to effectively position offerings.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a related sales role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
