Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Villa Spaces services and offerings.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Present and explain property features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Handle objections and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Stay informed about market trends, property listings, and competitor activities.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
