Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Villa Spaces services and offerings.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Present and explain property features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property listings, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
