Roles & Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and laboratory teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns in a professional manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
