Roles & Responsibilities

Tele sales Representatives Wanted for Doctor Health Program on CBC Channel.

  • Working on persuading clients to purchase segments, sponsorship campaigns, and appearances on the Doctor Health program on CBC channel with ongoing lead support.
  • Work from home with occasional office meetings.
  • High commission rates.
  • Excellent persuasion and communication skills required, especially with medical professionals.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
