Roles & Responsibilities

Communicating with potential customers through phone calls and assisting them with product inquiries Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and converting leads into sales Providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintaining accurate call records and updating sales sheets Working closely with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers Ability to perform and stay motivated in a target-driven environment Excellent negotiation and closing skills Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and sales processes 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales or a similar role (mandatory) Age below 35 years Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (Arabic is an added advantage)
