Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records and update system entries (ERP training provided). Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies. Track slow-moving, fast-moving, and damaged items. Support purchase and sales teams with stock availability information. Team & People Management Supervise warehouse helpers, drivers, and support staff. Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and communication among staff. Ensure all team members follow safety and cleanliness rules.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles is essential.

  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
