Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
Prospecting and qualifying leads by telephone.
Present and promote Protid Systems' software solutions (ERP, CRM, SFA, WMS).
Schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Follow up with prospects and update information in the CRM.
Participate in marketing campaigns and customer loyalty initiatives.
Profile
Desired experience in telesales or B2B sales, ideally in the IT or software sector.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to persuade over the phone.
Organization, autonomy and a sense of commercial performance.
