Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote and sell company products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and needs analysis.
- Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries to build trust and rapport.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
