Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Dubai real estate investment options.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and WhatsApp communication.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information.
  • Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s latest property launches, offers, and payment plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of telesales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
  • Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
  • Arabic speaker will be a plus point
