Roles & Responsibilities
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and enhancing our customer base. You will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound sales calls, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions that convert potential prospects into loyal customers. Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers on a daily basis.
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information.
- Understand the needs and requirements of customers and identify sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain customer records and document all interactions and transactions in CRM.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional, courteous manner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and effectively communicate benefits.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to coordinate promotional activities.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide feedback to the management team to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar customer service-oriented role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Strong persuasion skills and the ability to overcome objections from clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
