Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls to promote and sell production lines.
Create and maintain a strong database of current and potential customers to ensure continuous sales growth.
Identify customer needs through professional phone communication and propose suitable solutions.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, quality, and quantities.
Follow up on potential customers, inquiries, and quotations to convert them into actual sales.
Accurately record all customer interactions, sales opportunities, and follow-ups in the strong>CRM / ERP system/strong>.
Previous experience in strong>Tele Sales / Customer Management/strong> (preferably in industrial or B2B sectors).
strong>2 to 4 years/strong> of relevant experience.
Strong communication skills with a high ability to persuade over the phone.
Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
Negotiation and deal-closing skills (strong>Closing Skills/strong>).
Proficiency in using strong>CRM / ERP systems/strong> and accurately updating data.
Ability to prepare and follow up on quotations and convert them into actual sales.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Proficiency in computer skills (strong>MS Excel, Email/strong>).
Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
Desired Candidate Profile
