Roles & Responsibilities

Excellent communication skills: Must be an effective verbal communicator with a professional and friendly phone manner.

Strong listening skills are also crucial for understanding customer needs.

Negotiation ability: Requires a proven track record of meeting sales targets and strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals and handle complaints.

Resilience and a positive attitude: You must be able to handle rejection and stress calmly, and remain persistent in the face of customer objections.

Customer service orientation: A patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset is essential for building rapport and resolving issues.

Technology proficiency: Must be familiar with CRM software and other relevant computer programs for recording information and processing orders.

Product knowledge: Must be a fast learner with an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively explain their benefits.

Organizational skills: The ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records is vital for success.

Educational background: A Bachelor diploma or equivalent is generally required, though some companies may prefer or require a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
