Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding telesales representative to join our team and participate in the largest educational events in the Kingdom. Your primary role will be to communicate with clients, promote our educational services, and persuade them to participate in upcoming events.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Communicate with potential and existing clients over the phone in a professional manner.

Provide a clear and engaging explanation of educational activities and services.

Effectively manage sales conversations to achieve monthly sales targets.

Follow up with potential customers and encourage them to register and participate.

Recording details of conversations and notes in the company's internal regulations.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve the performance of sales campaigns.

Qualifications and requirements:

At least one year of experience in telesales or customer service.

Excellent communication skills and a high ability to persuade and deal with various types of clients.

Commitment to working remotely, being punctual, and achieving set goals.

Ability to work under pressure with a positive and motivational spirit.

Being in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a prerequisite.

Nature of work:

Work: Fully remote.

Contract type: Part-time or full-time as agreed.
