Roles & Responsibilities
� Key Responsibilities: • Handle inquiries and provide professional immigration counseling via phone, email, and in-person consultations. • Present suitable overseas options (Australia, Europe & Canada) and guide clients and their families toward making informed decisions. • Provide clear, accurate, and updated information based on current immigration policies. • Conduct fair and neutral assessments of client profiles. • Offer personalized global career and migration strategies tailored to each client. • Maintain strong customer service by proactively addressing client inquiries. • Meet assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent service quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consulting (Australia, Europe & Canada pathways preferred). • Strong, clear, and confident communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer-service mindset. • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools. • Updated knowledge of immigration policies, guidelines, and trends across Australia, Europe, and Canada.
