Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing a customized sales script that highlights unique property features and benefits.
- Identify and qualify leads by asking targeted questions to assess their real estate needs and financial capacity.
- Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients post-viewing to gather feedback and close sales effectively.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective relationship management.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and sales progress, ensuring all data is updated and accurate.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of telesales or sales experience in real estate or a similar industry, showcasing proven sales abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools like Bitrix, Salesforce or HubSpot to effectively manage leads and track sales activities.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage for diverse clientele.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with potential clients and convey information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.
