Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing a customized sales script that highlights unique property features and benefits.
- Identify and qualify leads by asking targeted questions to assess their real estate needs and financial capacity.
- Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients post-viewing to gather feedback and close sales effectively.
- Maintain an organized database of leads and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective relationship management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred to understand sales dynamics.
1-3 years of telesales or sales experience in real estate or a similar industry, showcasing proven sales abilities.
Real estate certification or license is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of industry regulations and practices.
Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot or any CRM to effectively manage leads and track sales activities.
