Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products and services.

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and performance.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
