Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and performance.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable working in an office-based setting.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and targets.
