Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote and sell medical devices and supplies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ali Ben Ali s product portfolio and industry trends.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle inbound inquiries, provide detailed product information, and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to support continuous improvement of sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
