Telesales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team in Cairo.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote products and services
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
• Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the sales process
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or relevant experience in sales or customer service
• Previous experience in telesales, call center, or sales is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
