Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and targets.
