Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales.
- Understand the needs of potential customers and recommend the best IT solutions.
- Handle customer queries and provide information about IT products and services.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven telesales or telemarketing experience (preferably in IT).
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- A basic understanding of IT products and services (training will be provided).
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
