Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Educate customers about our products and services by answering their inquiries effectively.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes in the CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent performance.
  • Assist in creating targeted marketing campaigns based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize overall sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver effective persuasive sales pitches.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

  • Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
