Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through outbound calls to potential customers.
- Educate customers about our products and services by answering their inquiries effectively.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent performance.
- Assist in creating targeted marketing campaigns based on customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize overall sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver effective persuasive sales pitches.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the management team.
- Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software efficiently.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
