The Telesales Representative is a crucial role in our sales team, responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services. This position involves engaging with clients over the telephone, offering tailored solutions and building rapport to close sales successfully. Responsibilities

- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates for effective selling.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and strategies.
- Provide feedback on call and sales metrics to aid improvement and training.
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices to enhance performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for success.
- Ability to learn about products and services quickly for effective selling.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and handling objections successfully.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
