Roles & Responsibilities
A Telesales Representative plays a crucial role in driving the sales of our company's products and services through phone calls. As a Telesales Representative, you will engage potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to promote and sell our offerings. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to meet sales targets.

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to match those needs.
- Manage and update customer information and records accurately in the database system.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features and pricing.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for effective sales outreach.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance telesales techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or related sales position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- A strong ability to understand and resolve customer needs and requests.
- Demonstrated success in meeting personal and team sales targets and goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and managing customer databases effectively.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and high energy levels.
- Adaptability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
