Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for motivated and confident 2 Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to clients, promoting company services through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and prepare regular reports.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the documentation and sales team to develop new lead-generation strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Call Center roles (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (other languages is a plus).
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Freshers are preferred.
