Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and contact lists.
- Introduce and explain our products and services clearly to customers.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information to support sales.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine telesales approaches.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile
Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling customer objections.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
