Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients based on leads and contact lists.
Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah packages
Present and explain products or services to prospective customers.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve telesales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle rejection positively.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree is a plus.
