Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Daftra SaaS, ERP, and software solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills and product expertise.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales / Sales indoor, or a related sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical product features and benefits.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of resilience and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work on-site in a professional office environment.
