Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Olio Food s products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable menu items or meal plans.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional and positive manner.
  • Stay updated on Olio Food s latest offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related customer service role.
