Roles & Responsibilities
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound calls. Your primary duties will include making a high volume of calls to prospective customers, understanding their needs, effectively presenting our value proposition, and closing sales. You will maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, follow up on leads, and work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets. Your ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success.
