Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential and existing customers, introduce our services, and close sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound calls from customers, providing information about our services and addressing their needs to drive sales opportunities.

-Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our services and close sales.

-Understand our products and services to explain their benefits clearly and effectively.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers by delivering excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.

-Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team success.

-Use a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales activities.

-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, optimise lead generation, and share helpful market insights.

-Stay updated on industry trends, maintain product knowledge, and understand competitors to position our services effectively.

-Provide regular updates and reports on your sales activities, leads, and market trends to management.


Qualifications:


-Proven experience in Telesales is mandatory.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to build relationships and handle objections effectively.

-Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

-Basic knowledge of CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools.

-Good organisational and time-management skills.

-Familiarity with the industry is an advantage but not required.
